Securing the Geocell

Release time:2025-11-09    Click:83

Once the geocell is unrolled, it needs to be secured in place. This can be done using ground anchors or staples. Ground anchors are typically used for larger projects or areas with high wind or water flow. Staples are a more economical option for smaller projects or areas with low wind or water flow.

To install the ground anchors, drill holes into the soil at regular intervals along the perimeter of the geocell. The holes should be deep enough to accommodate the anchors. Insert the anchors into the holes and secure them using a hammer or a wrench. Make sure the anchors are firmly in place and that they are not loose.

To install the staples, use a staple gun to drive the staples through the geocell and into the soil. The staples should be spaced at regular intervals along the perimeter of the geocell. Make sure the staples are driven deep enough into the soil to hold the geocell in place.
